Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions with MOURIXA. By engaging in business with MOURIXA, the client agrees to these terms. .
The client explicitly waives any application of their own terms and conditions, even if these are issued after MOURIXA’s standard terms and conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing beforehand to be valid.
Invoices are due within 21 working days unless an alternate payment term is specified on the invoice or order confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, MOURIXA reserves the right to apply a fixed late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount. In cases of delayed payment, MOURIXA may suspend any services without prior notice.
If a payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days past the due date, MOURIXA may engage a debt recovery agency, and all legal fees incurred will be charged to the client.
For clients in countries that require withholding tax on invoices, this tax must be paid by the client directly to their local tax authorities. MOURIXA will not assume any liability for these withholding taxes or any related costs, and the full invoice amount remains payable to MOURIXA.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their services by providing written notice to MOURIXA at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur a fee, which will be detailed on the service agreement or invoice.
Refunds may be issued under specific circumstances, such as unsatisfactory service or inability to deliver as agreed. Any refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. MOURIXA reserves the right to withhold or refuse refunds if services have been rendered as per agreement.
MOURIXA will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. In cases of vehicle maintenance, customization, or storage, MOURIXA’s liability is limited to the direct costs of the services provided. The client assumes full responsibility for the outcomes associated with any customized or maintenance work.
MOURIXA is committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed timeframes; however, no obligation can be considered an absolute guarantee of specific results. MOURIXA will not be held liable as a third party for any claims for damages filed against the client by end consumers.
To be considered, any claims must be reported to MOURIXA in writing via registered mail to our registered office within eight (8) days of goods delivery or service provision. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
MOURIXA is committed to protecting client data in compliance with Qatar’s data protection regulations. All personal and transaction data will be used solely for processing orders and providing services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
MOURIXA is not responsible for delays or failures in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
MOURIXA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued engagement with MOURIXA after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In the event of a dispute, MOURIXA and the client agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration in Qatar. Should this not be successful, any remaining disputes will be subject to legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of Qatar law.
All contractual relationships between MOURIXA and the client will be exclusively governed by the laws of Qatar.
